Two19 Fellowship — what I actually got out of it. The website promises beta users, API access, and investor introductions. My honest experience: guest speakers, fellow founders, and 23 days of being pushed to think more clearly.

The investor intros didn't materialize the way I expected. The beta users I found came from my own outreach. A few of my fellow fellows signed up — and I'm genuinely grateful for that.

What Two19 did deliver: workshops that asked better questions than I was asking myself. Yael was helpful. The structure created accountability. And I shipped more in those 23 days than in the two months before them.

If you're considering it — go in with realistic expectations. Don't count on the network. Bring your own momentum. Use the workshops to pressure-test your thinking.

That part? Worth it.
