INCUBATE is an award-winning startup accelerator and entrepreneurship program based in Sydney, Australia, specifically designed to foster innovation within The University of Sydney community. Established in 2012 following a student-pitched idea, it has grown into one of Australia's leading university-based startup initiatives. The program's core mission is to empower students, alumni, researchers, and staff to transform their innovative ideas into high-potential, impactful businesses.

At its heart, INCUBATE provides a structured yet flexible environment for early-stage founders, offering a comprehensive suite of resources including coaching, funding advice, mentorship, masterclasses, and dedicated co-working spaces. The flagship Accelerator program is an intensive 14-week journey, culminating in a Demo Day where startups pitch to a diverse audience of investors, industry leaders, and media.
