Pulsatile Innovations develops simple, innovative medtech devices to make patient assessments and diagnostic decision-making easier for health professionals — especially when fast, clear decisions are critical.

Our flagship product, Pulse Tile (TM), is a single-use adhesive device placed on a person's neck during suspected cardiac arrest. It helps rescuers quickly and accurately recognise cardiac arrest, guiding life-saving actions like CPR and defibrillation. Pulse Tile is the first in a family of pulse-sensing devices designed to give clinicians real-time feedback on the rate and quality of pulses across multiple areas of the body, supporting a range of healthcare specialties.

Though Pulsatile Innovations is still early in its journey, we are building momentum in the medtech ecosystem and are excited about the path ahead. Driven by a passion for accessible healthcare, our vision is to make our devices available to people everywhere — supporting better outcomes when every second counts.

Our founder, Elleesha, is a dedicated Ambulance Paramedic and Registered Nurse with over a decade of frontline experience. She has seen firsthand the challenges healthcare professionals face, especially in emergency settings, and is committed to creating practical, life-saving solutions that can make a real difference.
