They pitched us as "Fractional CFO", but since engaging them, have had very little proactive support. They have been good for getting everything setup so our in house book keeper can manage expenses etc, and generate reasonable financial reports. So the bread and butter work is high quality, but they are too busy with larger clients to actively support us effectively
