Rixon Capital is a Sydney, Australia-based venture debt and private credit manager, established in 2022. The firm specialises in providing non-dilutive, asset-backed, senior-secured lending solutions to fast-growing Australian and New Zealand small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and emerging corporates. Founded by seasoned investment professionals, including Co-founder and Managing Director Patrick William, Rixon Capital leverages deep expertise in private credit and institutional mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
